FoodAndFunDeals.com is operated by Play Win Save LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. In these Terms and Conditions, “FoodAndFunDeals.com,” “we,” and “us” mean Play Win Save LLC.

  1. Acceptance of Terms — By accessing or using FoodAndFunDeals.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree please do not use this site.
  2. What This Site Is — FoodAndFunDeals.com is a free platform for finding deals from local food and entertainment establishments. It has two kinds of deals: community deals, shared by locals, and featured deals, published directly by participating businesses. It also lists local events.
  3. Who Can Use This Site — This site is open to anyone. Users must be 13 years of age or older to post content.
  4. Community Deal Postings — By posting a deal on FoodAndFunDeals.com the user confirms they are sharing publicly available information and have personally seen the deal advertised or posted by the business. Users agree not to post false, misleading, harmful, or spam content. All community posted deals automatically expire and are removed from the platform after 7 days. FoodAndFunDeals.com is not responsible for any deals posted by community members regardless of circumstances.
  5. No Verification of Community Posts — FoodAndFunDeals.com does not verify, authenticate, or guarantee any deal posted by community members. See our separate Disclaimer for full details.
  6. Featured Deals — Featured deals are coupons created and published by the participating business itself. Each business is solely responsible for its offer, including its accuracy, availability, and any restrictions. Featured deals run Monday through Sunday and are valid only through the date printed on the coupon. To redeem one, follow the instructions printed on the coupon. For most businesses, show the coupon live from FoodAndFunDeals.com on your phone at the business or when you order. For businesses that come to you, mention the coupon when you call or book, while the coupon is still valid. The business decides which service dates it will accept, which may be after the coupon expires. The terms printed on each coupon apply. A business may decline to honor a featured coupon that contains an obvious error, such as a wrong price, a typing mistake, or an offer the business did not intend to publish. FoodAndFunDeals.com is not a party to any purchase between you and a business, and questions about an offer should be directed to that business. Businesses that advertise are also bound by a separate Advertiser Agreement.
  7. Local Events — FoodAndFunDeals.com lists local events, including Local Events, Charity Events, and Featured Events, for informational purposes only. Event details are based on information from event organizers and other sources, are not independently verified, and may change or be cancelled at any time without notice. FoodAndFunDeals.com does not organize, operate, host, or sponsor any listed event, and a listing is not an endorsement of the event, its organizer, or anything offered there. Any event listing may be a paid listing, and any event may charge admission or other fees, which are set by the event organizer. Please confirm the date, time, location, admission, and any other details directly with the event organizer before attending. FoodAndFunDeals.com may edit or remove any event listing at any time, and listings are removed automatically after the last listed date of the event. See our separate Disclaimer for full details.
  8. Intellectual Property — FoodAndFunDeals.com and its logo, design, and original content are the property of Play Win Save LLC. Users and businesses retain ownership of content they post, including business logos and images, but grant FoodAndFunDeals.com a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.
  9. Privacy — FoodAndFunDeals.com collects minimal information. Community posts require only a business name, town, and the deal — no name, email address, or personal account is required. Businesses that create an advertiser account provide business contact details and an email address, which are used only to run that account and to contact the business about it. We do not sell any user information to third parties.

    Google Analytics — This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed, the type of device and browser used, and approximate location (city or region). Google Analytics uses cookies and does not give us your name or contact details. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

  10. Limitation of Liability — FoodAndFunDeals.com is not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from the use of this site or reliance on any deal posted by community members or published by advertisers, including a business declining to honor a deal, or from reliance on or attendance at any listed event, including any error in an event listing or any change or cancellation of an event.
  11. Changes to These Terms — FoodAndFunDeals.com reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
